Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • The owners use Ring doorbell cameras to monitor the entrance to the home.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to reserve: 25 years. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Pet Policy

  • This home allows one dog, mature and crate-trained with a maximum weight of 50 lbs for an additional rent of $25 per night plus tax. Pets left unattended must be crated.

Fees and Payments

  • Additional pet rent: $25 per night plus tax for one mature, crate-trained dog (maximum 50 lbs). Pets left unattended must be crated.
  • Firewood: You may purchase firewood for the outdoor firepit from us and have it delivered prior to your arrival. This service requires one-week notice prior to arrival, no exceptions. The cost for firewood is $25 per night, plus 12.75% tax. Each night purchased includes 2 small bundles (each bundle contains 6-8 pieces of wood) and 1 fire starter log. There is no refund for unused firewood.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes and may be necessary for all homes on Beech Mountain. The driveway is flat and gravel. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and linens are provided.
  • High-speed internet, landline, climate control, and a well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics (including microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and BBQ grill) are available.
  • Clothes washing machine and dryer, ironing board & iron are provided.
  • Hot tub is available.
  • There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The owners use Ring doorbell cameras to monitor the entrance to the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
